Before I became a Realtor I was gaining valuable experience that few Realtors have. After about a decade of working in carpentry, I went on to own and operate a licensed home improvement contracting business. That hands-on experience helped me gain many skills and trades required to build or remodel a home from the ground up!  I always kept a commitment to doing the job right. I began purchasing fixer upper properties which I remodeled and re-sold for a profit. This required me to develop skill in determining the cost of repairs and the ARV (after repaired value) of homes to make sure every purchase had a suitable profit potential!

Eventually, I set down the hammer and picked up the phone, transitioning into real estate sales full time. I invested in on going professional education, training with some of the best in the industry.

For more than 24 years, I have proudly worked with buyers and sellers to help them achieve their real estate goals—and I truly enjoy this profession.
